These terms cover text messages sent by Luke Gell Pools LLC. By giving us your mobile number and checking the consent box on a form at lukegellpools.com, or by telling us over the phone that we may text you, you agree to receive text messages from us at that number.

What you'll receive

Transactional messages about your service request or pool project: confirmation that we received your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, crew arrival notifications, and job status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How often

Message frequency varies with the status of your request or project.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Luke Gell Pools does not charge for these messages — any charges come from your mobile carrier.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply START to begin receiving messages again.

Your consent

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase or service. You can decline and we'll reach you by phone or email instead.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
