Do you actually work in Titusville, or just advertise here?
The Titusville project on this page is ours. The yard is in Cocoa, at 4350 North US 1. It's worth asking any builder who comes up in a search where they're based. Several of the companies ranking for Space Coast terms are run from Sanford or Orlando.
Who pulls the permit?
We do, in-house, tracked end to end. Which building department has jurisdiction depends on whether your property sits inside city limits or in unincorporated Brevard County, and we sort that out before anything is scheduled.
How quickly can someone look at my pool?
Book a walk-through or call, and Sam calls you within an hour during business hours to set a time. Luke inspects your pool himself before it is priced.
The yard is in Cocoa, on North US 1.
