What we see on Mims pools
A lot of homes in Mims are on well water, and that matters most on a new pool. Well water can carry iron and other minerals that stain a fresh interior, so how the pool gets filled and started up is something we work out before fill day, not after.
The water table isn't as bad as it is beachside, but it's still pretty high, and it depends on the rainy season. Riverfront pools tend to have more settling problems, because they're usually built on sand.
A new shell gets the same standards wherever we build it: an eight inch minimum shell, a #4 rebar grid or larger, and a 5,000 psi minimum mix, with your engineer's sealed drawings governing what gets built on your lot.

We do, in-house, tracked end to end. Which building department has jurisdiction depends on whether your property sits inside city limits or in unincorporated Brevard County, and we sort that out before anything is scheduled.
How quickly can someone look at my pool?
Book a walk-through or call, and Sam calls you within an hour during business hours to set a time. Luke inspects your pool himself before it is priced.
