Pool renovation and construction in Melbourne Beach.
One of the pools on this site is in Melbourne Beach: a hotel pool and fountain renovation on the barrier island.
What we see on Melbourne Beach pools
The water table is something you have to be careful with here. A lot of pools that were shot in wet conditions have their hydrostatic relief covered up. So when we drain a pool here, somebody confirms the relief is open and working before the water goes down, and we keep a core drill on standby to cut a new one if it is not.
What we see fail first on the island is a pool that was not built with enough concrete and rebar, sitting on soil that was not right underneath it. Those settle in one spot and crack. After that it is the equipment, because salt air rusts equipment out here in a way it does not inland.
There is nothing we would tell a Melbourne Beach homeowner that we would not tell somebody in Rockledge. Every pool can be made beautiful. You just have to be mindful of the geological circumstances.
What we do in Melbourne Beach
Renovation
Chip-out to plaster. Pebble interiors, waterline tile, coping, deck and equipment.
New construction
Custom shotcrete, permitted and engineered for coastal Brevard. One crew and one schedule through startup.
Commercial
HOA, condo and hotel pools, with the health department permitting handled.
We don't do weekly cleaning or chemical service. If that's what you need, we're happy to point you at someone local who does.

Melbourne Beach questions
Do you actually work in Melbourne Beach, or just advertise here?
The Melbourne Beach project on this page is ours. The yard is in Cocoa, at 4350 North US 1. It's worth asking any builder who comes up in a search where they're based. Several of the companies ranking for Space Coast terms are run from Sanford or Orlando.
Who pulls the permit?
We do, in-house, tracked end to end. Which building department has jurisdiction depends on whether your property sits inside city limits or in unincorporated Brevard County, and we sort that out before anything is scheduled.
How quickly can someone look at my pool?
Book a walk-through or call, and Sam calls you within an hour during business hours to set a time. Luke inspects your pool himself before it is priced.

You're welcome to come look at finishes and tile in person rather than picking from a photo. By appointment only; call ahead and we'll set a time.
