Pool renovation and construction in Cocoa.
Our yard is on North US 1, here in Cocoa. The trucks start there every morning and the materials are stocked there, which makes Cocoa the shortest drive we make.
What we see on Cocoa pools
Most of the pools we work on in Cocoa were built in the 1980s and 1990s.
The water table isn't as bad as Cocoa Beach, but it's still pretty high, and it depends on the rainy season. Riverfront pools tend to have more settling problems, because they're usually built on sand.
We build a lot in Canaveral Groves, and our office is right down the road.
What we do in Cocoa
Renovation
Chip-out to plaster. Pebble interiors, waterline tile, coping, deck and equipment.
New construction
Custom shotcrete, permitted and engineered for coastal Brevard. One crew and one schedule through startup.
Commercial
HOA, condo and hotel pools, with the health department permitting handled.
We don't do weekly cleaning or chemical service. If that's what you need, we're happy to point you at someone local who does.

From a Cocoa customer
Luke installed a pool heater in the past for me and now a pool pump. Very fair pricing, quality work, and excellent customer service. They stand behind their work. Highly recommend!

Cocoa questions
Do you actually work in Cocoa, or just advertise here?
The yard is at 4350 North US 1. Trucks leave from here, materials are stocked here, and it's the shortest drive we make. It's worth asking any builder who comes up in a Cocoa search where they're based. Several of the companies ranking for Space Coast terms are run from Sanford or Orlando.
Who pulls the permit?
We do, in-house, tracked end to end. Which building department has jurisdiction depends on whether your property sits inside Cocoa city limits or in unincorporated Brevard County, and we sort that out before anything is scheduled.
How quickly can someone look at my pool?
Book a walk-through or call, and Sam calls you within an hour during business hours to set a time. Luke inspects your pool himself before it is priced.
The yard is on North US 1.
You're welcome to come look at finishes and tile in person rather than picking from a photo. By appointment only; call ahead and we'll set a time.
