Pool and deck renovation, Satellite Beach
A renovation that kept the existing pool but replaced everything around it. The deck was stripped back to sand and relaid in white marble, new coping and interior finish went in, and a blue glass fire bowl was added at the deck edge.

Before and after
Drag to compare. Same footprint, new everything you touch.
BeforeAfterWhat we found
Four things at once. The pool was leaking, the plaster had delaminated, the tile was old, and the concrete deck was outdated.
How we sequenced it
The deck came off first. The pool was replumbed, the shell was waterproofed, and the equipment was replumbed to match.
Then new tile, bond coat, and a CL Industries Pebble interior in St. Lucia Pearl. A marble deck went back down in place of the old concrete, and an Orenda startup brought the water up.
Where it landed
The pool has life again with new plumbing from the shell out to the pad, with new tile, a fresh pebble interior, and marble underfoot instead of tired concrete.

Questions we get on this kind of job
How long does a pool renovation take?
It depends on scope, permitting, weather, and material lead times. A builder who quotes a day count before seeing your shell is guessing. What you should expect is a dated schedule before work starts, and that is what we give you.
Why does coping go on before waterline tile?
Setting coping first means the tile band is only cut once, and it lets the waterproofing run continuously behind both. Tiling first forces a second cut and leaves a break in the waterproofing at the joint most exposed to sun and pool chemistry.
When do I pay?
Milestone billing. Each stage of the schedule triggers its own invoice, and a stage is only billed once it's complete. Nothing is billed ahead of the work.
Have a pool that looks like the before?
Luke walks it himself and prices it line-item by trade. You'll have a dated schedule before anything comes apart.
