The person who quotes your pool is the person who builds it.
Luke Gell Pools has worked the Space Coast since 2014, out of a yard on North US 1 in Cocoa. Luke does the walk-throughs himself, not a salesperson.

Why this matters more than it should
Search for a pool builder on the Space Coast and most of what comes back is based somewhere else. Sanford, Orlando, Sarasota. Some of them are good companies. They run landing pages into Brevard and send a salesperson down when something bites.
Several of them now advertise process transparency, photo updates, "you're never left wondering." They mean it, more or less. But it's run from sixty miles away by someone who has never stood in your backyard.
We're small enough that Luke walks every job before it's priced, and small enough that the crew you meet on day one is the crew there at the end. That's not a marketing position, it's just the size of the company.
What we do
Most of our work is renovation. We take a shell that's twenty or forty years old and make it something you'd want to swim in. We build new pools, we do commercial work for HOAs and hotels, and we install and repair equipment.
We cleaned pools for twelve years before this, so we know that side of it well. The work moved to building and renovating, and that's where all of our attention goes now. Weekly cleaning and chemical service belong to the people who do them full time.
How we run a job
Three habits, none of them exciting. They're what keep a job on schedule.
Not just a start date. Every stage, in order, with a date on it. If something moves, you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
Each stage on that schedule triggers its own invoice, and it's only billed once it's done. Nothing gets billed ahead of the work.
You see our price for every milestone, so you can put it beside anyone else's and compare like for like. Ask us why a line reads the way it does and we'll walk you through it. You can also cut scope without renegotiating the whole job.
Licensing
Anyone can print a number on a website. All of these are verifiable through the state in about a minute, and you should check them, ours and everyone else's you're considering.
Screen enclosures and carpentry are performed by Alfred Innovations Inc, CBC1266346, a Florida building contractor and a separate company Luke owns. Alfred builds screen enclosures and architectural aluminum, engineered for the Space Coast, and takes on a limited number of projects. Pool work runs through Luke Gell Pools. Alfred's work is contracted separately and coordinated on the same schedule.
Verify any Florida contractor at myfloridalicense.com. If a builder won't give you a license number, you have your answer.
Who's on your property
You'll know their names before they're in your backyard. We tell you at the walk-through.
Field work is our own crew, the same people from day one to done. Some stages bring in craftsmen we've worked alongside for years, and the plaster is Tempool. We vet them, we're on site with them, and the standard doesn't change depending on whose hands are on the work. Nobody goes on the schedule unconfirmed, because someone not showing up is your delay, not ours.
At the job kickoff we introduce you to everyone who'll be working on your property, so nobody on site is a stranger. If you'd like to meet them before you sign, just ask. It's a normal request.
Walk your project with Luke.
He does them himself, on your property. You'll get a line-item proposal by trade and a dated schedule before anything comes apart.
