LUKE GELL POOLS

You'll know what happens in your backyard, every day of the job.

We take the jobs your neighbor's pool guy won't: the hard, intricate ones. Swimming pool construction and renovation on the Space Coast, based in Cocoa. Pebble plaster, glass tile, milestone billing, and a dated schedule before work starts.

Sam answers the office line 8 to 4, Monday through Friday, and calls you to book the walk-through.

What a renovation looks like, stage by stage.

A typical sequence. Your pool gets its own dated schedule.

  1. Chip out

    Remove the existing plaster

  2. Waterproofing

Two coats on the tile line

  3. Tile & copingTODAY

    Coping set level, then tile

  4. Deck

    Travertine deck installation

  5. Bond coat

    Pressure wash, then spray

  6. Plaster & fill

    Pebble interior, fill overnight

Milestone billing. You pay for each stage after it's installed, never before.

Three ways we work.

Most of our work is renovation, and the hard jobs are where we're best: old shells, failed finishes, pools other builders passed on. Rebuilding other people's work teaches you exactly what fails, which is why we build new the way we do. New pools, residential and commercial, and commercial work for HOAs, hotels and municipalities across Brevard.

Renovation

Full plaster chip-outs. Pebble interiors, waterline tile, coping, deck resurfacing, and equipment. We take the time to follow the manufacturer's spec, because a finish only lasts as long as the prep under it.

What renovation involves

New construction

Custom shotcrete pools, engineered and permitted for coastal Brevard. From excavation through startup, on one schedule. Screen enclosures come through Alfred Innovations, Luke's other company, and run on the same schedule as the pool.

How a build runs

Commercial

HOA, condo, hotel and municipal pools. New construction, renovation and equipment work, scheduled around your season, with the compliance paperwork handled rather than left to your board.

Commercial capability

We build, renovate, and repair equipment. Weekly cleaning and chemical service aren't ours; we'll point you to someone good if that's what you need.

Who shows up.

The same crew, every day. You'll know their names before they're on your property. We tell you at the walk-through, not on a website.

On your property, before it's priced. You won't be handed a salesperson working from a template.

IWI certified, Watershape University. Advanced training in watershape design, hydraulics and structure, well past what a state license requires.
On the Space Coast since 2014. Luke started out cleaning pools here, and has held the contractor license for the last eight years.
Warranty work stays with us. We're a Jandy warranty station, so equipment we install is equipment we service. You won't be handed a manufacturer's phone number.
Built to the spec, not the shortcut. We follow the manufacturer's written procedure on prep, cure and startup, including the parts nobody sees once the pool is full. And we tell you what happened that day.
Our own crewSame faces, day one to done

Field work is ours, not rotated through a staffing pool. Where a stage brings in outside craftsmen, they're people we've vetted and worked with before, and we're on site alongside them rather than handing the job over and checking back at the end.

Luke installed a pool heater in the past for me and now a pool pump. Very fair pricing, quality work, and excellent customer service. They stand behind their work. Highly recommend!

luke is awesome. they moved all my exquipment out of sight from the pool. had to dig trenches about 15' . we had 15 year old equipment, now its new. they cleaned everything when they were finished. they were on time and the best is he is the least expensive. see the before and after pics.

Our pool didn't have a handrail at the shallow end steps, making getting in and out more challenging as we "mature".. Luke gave us a fair price and a great product. Even the color coordinates with our pavers. Installation looks great and the installer was a pleasure to work with. Thank you! Definitely recommended!
